Feldenkrais, Awareness Through Movement for Mindful Yoga
Learn Awareness Through Movement™ (The Feldenkrais method) for improved alignment, coordination and power from the inside out. Breathe new life into your yoga practice with Dan Rindler, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner. In this series of 3 Sundays, we will focus on a single asana each week and delve deeply into it, exploring it from many angles and orientations. Participants will gain a new internal sense of the alignment, coordination and strength of each asana and learn tools to bring a deeper awareness to their practice. This workshop is open to students and teachers of yoga and will focus on asanas basic to many schools of yoga.
